I am thankful for the house we rented from BSUProperties.com. Our house was walking distance to campus and the village which was nice.

I would recommend BSH to any Ball State student looking for off campus housing. They are pretty small compared to other management companies, but that would explain how fast they were about responding to us. In this case smaller is better.

Better Student Housing spoiled me! I moved into a BSH home after living in a nearby apartment complex. Not only was it less expensive, it had twice the space!
